Healthy / Unhealthy Oils
At the turn of the twentieth century (1900), Americans had 3% heart disease and 1 out of 200 people got cancer. Since so few people died of heart attacks, it was not considered an important disease. Fifty years later, 85% more people are dying from heart attacks and 3 out of 5 are dying from cancer. If you notice, all the new hospitals springing up today are children’s hospitals. What’s wrong with this picture?
Today we’re educated in the name of good health to create bad health -- bodies that accumulate more acid waste, have lower energy, and most importantly a lower immune system. One does not need to believe in a pharmaceutical conspiracy theory, one merely needs to look at the rising disease statistics to see the true picture.
How do the oils that we consume contribute to this high heart disease / cancer / incurable disease increased statistic? Why is it that our great-grandparents ate lard, butter, and tallow (and lots of it) yet only had 3% heart disease? Did they know something that we don’t?
I am going to give you a list of oils in the order of the highest nutritional value to the lowest as well as the detrimental oils that should not be consumed:

Cod liver oil, lard, coconut oil, (Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk, Kara natural coconut cream, or any coconut milk without preservatives (coconut milk is 24% oil).

Lard (good organic source only)

Butter (good organic source, but non-organic better than margarine)

Tallow (beef and lamb) (good organic grassfed source only)
-
Chicken & goose fats. (good organic grassfed source only)
-
Seed oils such as safflower, sesame oil, peanut oil, or flaxseed oil.

Extra Virgin Cold- pressed Olive oil – (from America, Greece, or Spain only)
Avoid industrialized oils such as corn, soy, canola, and all forms of hydrolyzed or partially hydrogenated oils, also known as trans fats. 58+ % of the corn, soy, or rape plants (canola oil) are GMO genetically modified organisms. Watch out for solvents used to extract the oil from the pulp. Stay away from man-made non-digestible oils!
Notice that this list of oils may be the exact opposite of what you have been educated to believe is healthy. Most doctors and nutritionists tell you to consume vegetable oils, but you can see the results of this – 85% -88% heart disease and 2/3 cancer rate.
High-density oils (from grassfed animal fats and coconut oil) contain major nutrition and are what contribute to health! Low-density oils do not have adequate B vitamins and certainly do not provide much energy.
If you lived in Russia or Alaska and ate low fat oils, you would die. In that environment, the body consumes 97% of its energy to maintain body temperature, so they only eat the best oils. In most of America, we use less than 3% of our body energy to maintain our body temperature, so we won’t immediately die from eating the wrong oils. We just get cancer, heart disease, and blocked arteries.
There is some truth to doctors warning us away from high density fats, but that’s only because of the insane commercial practice of feeding cattle 5-25% chicken manure, bovine growth hormones, and antibiotics as a fattening agent…etc. Other commercial animals, such as chickens and pigs are fed mostly the same way. Yet our bodies were created to eat animal protein. We just need to make sure that the meat that we eat has been fed the diet that Nature designed it to have. This is why in the previous issue, I wrote that grass-fed beef is an important source of meat protein as well as non-toxic, high energy fat source. In the form of milk fat, butter, and tallow (beef fat).
The Ultimate Healthy Oil
There is an oil that naturally is anti-fungal, has high-density fat, medium density fat, and some low density fat all in one. It is oil that is hormone balancing and stimulating to the thyroid gland. This oil naturally preserves itself; it absorbs easily through the skin, and is highly digestible. When you see Asians or Filipinos who have jet black, glossy looking, luscious thick hair. You know that these people consume a large quantity of this oil. This is the oil that the fast food and commercial pastry industries used until they started to use soy and canola oils in the last 20-30 years. This is why you could eat commercial pastries or french fries up until the 70s and not get fat. This is the oil that most expensive cosmetics use as a base. This is the oil that tolerates high heat and resists the conversion into carcinogenic materials that other oils tend toward when heated. So what is this wonderful oil? Have you guessed it? It is Coconut oil.
There are many ways to consume coconut oil:

You can fry and sauté foods in it or bake with it.

Use coconut milk, which consists of 22-24% coconut oil in soups, as a substitute for heavy cream in your coffee or tea and in baking cakes and custards. (Thai Kitchen coconut Milk or Kara Natural Coconut Cream, or any brand that don’t have preservatives)

Use coconut oil as a skin moisturizer or as a foundation cream when making a moisturizing face or body creams.
Fluoride & Drinking Water
Let’s establish some basics. Grab any tube of toothpaste and note the warning label: “If an excessive amount of toothpaste is accidentally swallowed, it is recommended you get medical help or contact a poison control center immediately.” Fluoride is sufficiently toxic that one needs to contact a poison control center right away. If this were not a highly toxic material, would they have such a warning on the box?
When we talk about flouride, we’re dealing with a political issue, not health science issue. The fluoride that is injected into drinking water is a material that comes from phosphate mining industry’s waste. It is called Hydrofluorosilicic acid. In the comparative toxicity, Hydrofluorosilicic acid is classified as extremely toxic. The sodium fluoride, a by-product of the production of aluminum is classified as very toxic, and the naturally occurring calcium fluoride is classified as moderately toxic- poorly soluble fluoride. So you see, not all fluorides are the same.
As far as water quality is concerned, fluoride provides absolutely zero improvement to the teeth, but rather causes the bones to become brittle. It is strictly a legal means to dispose of highly toxic, Hydrofluorosilicic acid. A pediatrician cannot give any child under the age of 6 months any fluoride supplements. However, the city commissioners can add this material into the drinking water of every single pregnant woman, unborn child and children under the age of 6 months. What’s wrong with this picture?
Until that occurs, I have found a water system that removes fluoride, arsenic, chloramines (compound made from ammonia and chlorine), as well as chlorine and its toxic byproducts such as: THMs (trihalomethanes, which occurs when chlorine is mixed with naturally occurring organic compounds such as tree sap, bug juice, algae etc.) We have a good filter that will remove the toxic materials (fluoride, arsenic, chlorine, chloramines) and leave the trace minerals alone, which is a very important water quality issue.

The Fountain of Youth
In Japan, they classify disease in two categories. It is either old age disease or it is contagious disease. In our baby booming society, old age disease is also known as over-acidity that occurs when one does not eat the right kind of salt, or when one drinks distilled water, or eats genetically engineered food. Your body will become highly acidic, the aging process will accelerate, not to mention cancer and other undesirable conditions. So the fountain of youth I am referring to is the alkaline water. Water is the lifeblood of the planet, it is the carrier of nutrition to the body and the carrier of waste byproducts from the cells out of the body.
The high alkaline water not only has a high pH, but more importantly, it has a higher negative charge to carry the highly positively charged toxic acid waste and heavy metals from the cells.
This is why drinking medical grade alkaline water is so important today. The EMF (electromagnetic frequencies) from our cell phones, pagers, global positioning equipment, home security equipment…etc. all contribute to our highly positively charged atmosphere. This is an extremely abnormal condition that our modern societies have blindly created in total disregard to our health consequences. Having a highly positively charged environment 24/7 has never before occurred in the recorded history of man. Its long-term health effects are unknown. The attitude of “What I don’t know can’t hurt me” approach to life may be quite detrimental with regards to EMF.
When we’re young, we feel that we are invincible, we jump off high places feeling like superman and think our parents are just senseless. But after a few years, when we really and truly get a little more savvy about life, we learn that every action has a reaction. And some of the reactions don’t show up until many years later. Bodies do age, they get fragile, and in a relatively toxic environment, cell replacement does not occur at the same quality as in our youth. So no matter what age or condition one finds him/herself in, it is never too late to imbibe the fountain of youth – alkaline water.
Cold, flu, hayfever and allergies remedies not working? When is a Cold or flu not a cold or flu?
Usually traditional cold and flus, hayfevers, etc. if handled severely it will go away in 3 to 10 days and if you do nothing it will go away in 3 to 10 days. But nowadays, these “normal” cold and flu stuff lasts 14 days, subsides for a week or so then returns for another week or so subsides and comes back sometimes for a day or so. What happened to the 3 to 10 day cycle? Watching many health practitioners failing miserably with their patients, I concluded that it’s a misdiagnosis. It isn’t what it appears to be, thus, standard medicine homeopathics, herbal remedies appear to no longer work.
