In order to offer a maximally-powerful antioxidant nutritional supplement, and also to overcome the short-fall of the mineral depletion of our planet’s soils, I formulated Rest Easy™ to include inorganic rock powders, which provide high-quality trace minerals, and also organic minerals from kelp. And, I chose to ferment this formula for two months with a special and unique culture of beneficial microbes in order to render all of the nutrients far more bioavailable. The fermentation process breaks down the raw ingredients, converting them into a more usable and absorbable form, and resulting in an extremely potent herbal nutritional supplement rich in antioxidants and other important nutrients, including anthocyanins*, polyphenols*, carotenoids*, major minerals and trace elements.

5 Families of Microbes That Digest Food for All Plants and Animals by Winston Kao
In school, we learn that plants use their roots break down rocks to create soil. This is not exactly true. Plants’ roots systems do not secrete sufficiently strong acids to break down rock. What is actually true is that plants secrete sugars, starches and other materials that are consumed by soil-based microbes that convert it into the strong acids necessary to break down the rock. Other microbes further consume their by-products or waste. This process repeats itself many times, forming a complex digestive system and soil fertility building process.
In the humans and animals digestive systems, we consume sugars, starches, fats, and proteins, which are broken down by the various soil-based microbes to create the needed building blocks for the body. We run into problems when one or more species of microbes are missing or a single specie is growing disproportionately greater than the other species (as in the case of Candidiasis). One ends up with improper digestion, some form of sickness, and usually, the body becomes more acidic.

So far we know that Rest Easy™ helps many of our customers have significantly improved sleep at night.
The same Rest Easy™ taken in the morning or afternoon will give one more energy and handle the afternoon “energy-slump”.
We have recently discovered from customers that our Rest Easy™ Turmeric Brew helps women with menstrual pain and menstrual issues, from teens to pre-menopausal women. Reports are that Rest Easy™ can really bring fast relief! In about 10-20 minutes!
As a side note, one needs to get off and stay off all artificial/diet sweeteners and MSG. These food additives adversely influence all membranes in the body, causing headaches and menstrual issues such as pain, heavy bleeding, longer duration...

Candida is an opportunistic creature, in other words, if you hit it with antibiotics, it will submerge and pretend to be dead and come back later to haunt you. So knowing this, our customers have come up with the following solution for themselves.
