Inner Garden™ is a multi-family, multi-species, soil-based microorganism Eco system blended in a brew of minerals, molasses and water, and then fermented. The product is no longer sweet but rather sour at a pH of 3.5 – 3.7.
This product has many applications. Originally it was used to make compost. Later on it was discovered to be beneficial for animals, to create fertile soil and other benefits.
The following are a list of applications in which Inner Garden™ may be used:
For digestion or handling indigestion: Initially, this is what I do. Take 2 tablespoons 3 – 5 times a day. It is vital that one begins with LARGE quantities and then gradually decreases dosage. What the Inner Garden™ is trying to do here is change the programming of the existing gastro-intestinal flora so that they (the flora) will digest food better and in the correct manner. Microorganisms actually have a choice as to how to operate, and the Inner Garden™ can help them to make the correct choice. If the sour taste is objectionable, one can add it to milk shakes, fruit juices or whatever else one normally drinks. For maintenance, I only need 2 tablespoons per day and more if needed or if eating in restaurants.
When my digestion is improper and/or imbalanced, generally the whole body goes acidic. This acidic condition then promotes an ideal environment for pathogenic disease forming conditions. So, by consuming the Inner Garden™ it allows one to digest food better and lessens acidic conditions, thus creating an environment not so conducive for things like Candida to survive.
To Handle FOOD POISONING: consume 8 oz in two parts. The first 4-oz
induces vomiting to purge the toxic materials out of the body fast. Then
immediately consume the second 4-oz. This second dose pushes the
remaining toxins through the body. My experience is that the food poisoning
is usually totally over in 30 – 45 minutes instead of days of agony.
For skin bruises or cuts: use a 50% dilution with water and wash the cuts
and bruises to prevent pathogenic bacteria from forming and to help speed
up healing.
For skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, dandruff, etc – Use the Inner
Garden™ at full strength for topical application. Apply directly to the
affected area and let dry (test a small area to make sure no adverse
reactions occur).
For deeper cuts, and for animals, I directly apply the straight Inner
Garden™ into the wound. This will help healing and prevent infections.
With animals, I would also spray their entire body so as to prevent
contamination. (Comb the fur backwards and spray into the base of the fur,
then comb the fur back to its normal direction)
For eye infections, dilute the solution 1/2 to 1/3 dilution with clean water and
rinse eye thoroughly several times a day.
For extending raw milk & cream (this does NOT apply to homogenized
milk): Mix in 1 – 2 teaspoons of IG per gal. of milk & 1 teaspoon per qt. of
cream (more than this and it will begin to turn into yogurt).
Soaking beans and grains with Inner Garden™ or Rest Easy™ can be used in
place of whey. You should experiment as the species of microbes are
different and will create different tasting foods. Start with 1 to 2 cups of
product to 1 to 2 tablespoons of Inner Garden™ or Rest Easy™; you may
soak these for a minimum of 10-12 hours and up to 3 days. Beyond 3 days,
you’re entering a different set of fermentation process and the food starts to
really change in flavor.
14th Century soda pop: this can be made by adding 2 tablespoons of Inner
Garden™ to 1 gallon of freshly squeezed orange juice, grape fruit juice and
possibly other acidic-type fruit juices. Let the mixture sit on the counter for 1
– 3 days until it begins to fizz. Usually by the second day the mixture will start
to fizz and this is the point you want to immediately place it in the
refrigerator to slow down the fermentation process. The soda will continue
to ferment in the refrigerator so it should be consumed with in +/- 3 days.
Though it is still healthy to drink, it starts to take on a bitter flavor.
For mildew/mold problems: Use 1:20 to 1:50 Inner Garden™ to water and
spray on the surfaces. (test a small area for color fastness on fabrics before
applying) Flood damages: see specific instructions on mold handling.
Making compost: Dilute 1:1:100 (1 part Inner Garden™: 1 part Molasses:
100 parts water) shaken up violently and sprayed and mixed thoroughly in a
1:30 (1 part Nitrogen [chicken, rabbit, cow or other manures] : 30 parts
Carbon [organic matter/leaves/branches]. After thoroughly mixing the
compost, you should also tarp the compost for 4-6 weeks to keep the air out
so that you have a fermentation process which will produce many B vitamin
and E vitamin complexes. Thus, creating significantly higher quality
compost. Call for more information.
When spraying on living plants and soil containing living plants, a 1:500 (1
part- Inner Garden™: 500 parts water). DO NOT EVER spray stronger
than this dilution on living plants or you’ll end up composting them!
In cleaning up lakes, rivers, ponds and oceans, you can use a 1:10,000 ratio
to clean up the area. Several applications are usually required. For heavy
sludge and sediment problems, please call me for detailed information.
Painting with latex paint: add 4-6 oz. to 5 gallons of paint. Will remove most
of the odor while painting. It will also set up a clean environment that is not
good for mold growth. The paint will dry about 30 minutes faster.
A small squirt bottle filled with straight IG is handy to keep in the bathroom.
Use it on ceramic tile or vinyl floors that have hard to remove odors.
Litter Boxes: Keep a spray bottle of Inner Garden™ nearby your pet's litter
box. After completely dumping the old litter out, spray the Inner Garden™
directly onto the insides of the litter box and let sit for 3-5 minutes, then rinse
out with water. The Inner Garden™ will handle any staining and odor from
the pet's urine.
Floor washing: 2 tbsp. of IG to 2 gallons warm water for mopping ceramic
tile or vinyl floors. No detergent is necessary.
Air Freshener: Air Freshener: Dilute 1 teaspoon of Inner Garden™ to 32 oz.
of water in a spray bottle. Spray the air lightly in the unpleasant area.
Depending on what it is causing the unpleasant aroma, a change can be
noticed almost instantly or within 15 minutes. However, I suggest looking for
the source of the unpleasantness for a permanent solution.
