Let's look at the history of food in this country. Once upon a time, we had raw milk delivered directly to our doors. Everybody grew organic food, ate 8 times more cholesterols such as eggs, bacon, beef, lard, butter, and other highly nutritious high-density oils. The result was about 3% heart disease, 1 in 200 got cancer, and diabetes was virtually unheard of.
Today, we have agencies to look out for our safety and protection and what have they done for us?
They have made raw milk illegal and pasteurized / homogenized milk mandatory. They recommended that farmers quit using natural fertilizers and switch to petrochemicals. This resulted in mineral lock up in the soil, low nutritious foods, and high plant disease which required highly toxic pesticides and yes, herbicides to handle the imbalances that these chemicals created.
They also recommended that the farmers kill and remove all weeds and debris (leaves, tree branches, and other naturally occurring organic matter from the farm). This resulted in the loss of carbon in the soil – the most important element for electrical conductivity and the process of creating “organic” materials. (All organic compounds have a carbon chain). They also recommended that we start using preservatives to increase the shelf life of food in order to protect our health. As a result, we now have 85% heart disease, 3 in 5 get cancer, and diabetes in just 10 years (1990 to 2000) has increased 489%!
Today, these very same governmental safety regulatory agencies (in conjunction with the pro chemical groups) are now entering their next phase of “protecting our health”. They are operating on the premise “that all bacteria are bad”. Therefore, all bacteria must be killed. So now they want to sterilize all fresh produce in order to turn all live food into dead food. The process is called irradiation. They usually will use Cesium 121, Iodine 131, or Cobalt 60. These radioactive materials are usually wastes from the military complex and other sources. Normally, they have to pay a very high disposal fee to get rid of them. Of course, if they are used to irradiate food, they can now be sold for a very high price so there is a tremendous amount of profit motivation to utilize this waste.
Let’s face the facts, radioactive material normally causes cancer. Now, we’re supposed to believe that a little radiation is going to be good without any bad side effects? How many times have we been assured that it is totally safe when in fact it wasn’t? Like fluoride, x-rays, female hormones replace therapy just to name a few.
Now, let’s get some biology 101 basics. 1. No plants or animals ever digest their own food. 2. It is the soil based microorganisms that digest food in order to create fertile soils and digested food in animal’s guts. Yes, it is the bacteria that does these functions. 3. In addition, if you have ever picked grapes, cucumbers, collard greens, or broccoli to name a few plants, you may have noticed that there is a white powdery film on the surface of these plants. This is not dirt. It is actually a combination of yeast and fungus forming the immune system for the plant while it is growing. And when the plant is digested by the animals, the very same yeast and fungus serve as a digestive aid that is specifically designed for the animals to be able to digest that specific plant. So you see, bacteria are vitally important to digest our food, but also form the “primary immune system for both plants and animals.
Now, let’s look at the concept of fully sterilizing fresh fruits and vegetables. The first thing that is going to happen is that they are now going to be contaminated with radioactive materials. Secondly, all their nutrients are going to be destroyed and altered. IF they were merely destroyed, you would simply be eating nothingness, but when you start adding the altered factor, you are now consuming “Funny proteins, funny starches, and funny sugars”. Well it really isn’t “funny” for these proteins, starches and sugars are esoteric and bizarre looking. And somehow, our naturally occurring bacteria in our guts or in our soil are supposed to figure out how to digest these never, ever seen before objects.
I don’t suppose that anybody can spell the word cancer, disease, ill health, and profit, profit, and profit for those who make money from the sick, ill, and dying.
These very same safety organizations are introducing Codex Alimentarius to forbid, restrict and stop easy access to vitamins. And this is supposed to safeguard us? What’s wrong with this picture?
For thousands of years, we have been drinking raw milk, eating butter, and high-density fats has always been the primary source of high level of energy and nutrition, yet suddenly, we are supposed to eat poly-unsaturated low-density fat such as soy oil, corn oil, and canola oil. And what has that lead to? An epidemic of seriously overweight, fat people with heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and the up and coming patients chained to kidney dialysis machines.

In summary, with our extra safety protection it looks like our protection agencies have a different agenda, wouldn’t you think? Look at the patients per million statistics from America. Note that it is at least twice as bad as Canada.
So let’s start applying tried and true remedies of eating 100% grass fed, range raised, beef, lamb, pork, and chickens. Consume this type of high quality fats from these animals and if you are a vegetarian or even if you are not a vegetarian, consume very high quantities of coconut oils. (Coconut is one of the best oils to keep your skin smooth and wrinkle free. It is also a natural hormone balancing material that helps build the immune system.) I will in the future dedicate a whole issue on just coconut oils and it’s benefits.
