The immune system is a truly amazing phenomenon. Immune comes from the Latin word immunis, meaning "exempt." It is "a body's system (made up of many organs and cells) that protects the body from infection, disease, and foreign substances by producing an immune response. This is a very limited medically based understanding of the full scope of the immune system.
All life has an immune system, not only just animals or humans, but immune systems extend into the plant kingdom and the environment into soils, ponds, rivers, lakes, and oceans.
For those of you who live in the cold climates, this is the time to make a larger order of Rest Easy and Inner Garden as when the weather starts to freeze; we will not be able to ship either product out to you.
While most people don't even think of soils, rivers, lakes, and oceans as living things, I assure you that they are just like any animal. Haven't we all heard of a sick river or lake? We sometimes call them polluted lakes or rivers. Sometimes, though there really may not be "industrial dumping occurring" yet the river or lake is sick, with low or no production of fish, smelly odors, unsightly slimy algae, black mud layers, and murky, opaque waters instead of crystal waters and abundant healthy life forms. That's a sick lake or river! Something has gone awfully wrong!
Once upon a time almost every river on Earth was clear, with the exception of a few rivers such as: the Yellow river, Yang Ji River in China, the Nile River in Egypt and the Mississippi River in the US. Since these rivers run over loose soil, they always carry a heavy payload of dirt. Yet, traditionally, they produced a very high volume of fish and many other life forms. Today, all of these major rivers are sick because of mankind's complete and total irresponsibility in dumping raw city sewage, toxic industrial waste, and anything else that is not wanted by various industries into these rivers. The same can be said for our oceans, especially in our international waters, since no country actually owns them. They become dumping grounds. You name it and mankind has dumped it in the oceans. What is the missing immune system ingredient in the oceans, lakes, ponds, and rivers that keeps them pristine? The soil-based microorganisms. They have become overwhelmed in sick and polluted bodies of water.
Today, there is 6 times more plastic particles in the ocean than there is phytoplankton!
The yellow dots is the actual area in which there is literally a floating island of plastic the size of the continent of Africa.
The phytoplankton in combination with the soil-based microorganisms jointly balances the pH by precipitating out the excess minerals. Working in combination, they are the primary oxygen production that accounts for 90% of the oxygen produced on planet Earth.
So, if you are wondering why you feel sick, tired, and weak, this one factor alone should answer why so many people move slowly and complain of lack of energy, for oxygen is the primary nutrient for the human body. Just quite breathing for a few minutes and you'll get my point.
When you knock out oxygen producers across the entire planet, everything suffers. The energy production goes down and the energy needed to feed the soil-based microorganisms is thus directly reduced. Now we see poor health, weak, sick, and diseased soils, plants and animals. And this weakness is the indicator that the immune system of all of these living organisms is actively dropping down below the make-break point and is spiraling out into the death and decay cycle of life. Thus we see the higher production of carbon dioxide (CO2).
It is said that less than 25% of emergency room patients are of the kind of car accidents, gun shot wounds, or broken appendages. 60 to 70% of the emergency room visits are complaints about what? Indigestion!
Now let me ask you another question? What does indigestion, sick plants, soils, lakes and rivers have in common? What is the key factor that is out of balance?
Can you guess what it is? How about the soil-based microorganisms! Yes, the soil-based microorganisms are the primary controller of all life form's immune system. The digestive system contains about 2.5 pounds of live, living bacteria, which perform the primary digestion, balancing of the pH, while maintaining and defending the body from external invasions. It is these bacteria that create an internal and external environment (surface of the skin or the surface of healthy plants) so that all life forms have the ability to defend themselves.
You should also know that these very same soil-based microorganisms also account for how plants are able to extract minerals from rock in the soil. Did you know that no plants or animals ever digest their own food? Plants and animals all depend on the ability of the soil-based microorganisms to digest foods. We eat sugars, starches, carbohydrates, proteins, and when they break down, they turn into acids.
In the case of plants, they secrete sugars, starches, carbohydrates, and proteins from their roots into the soil to feed the soil-based microorganisms. This process also produces acids and these very strong acids break down the rock minerals in order to produce proteins, enzymes and energy that are then utilized in conjunction with photosynthesis to produce more building blocks.
So you see, all of ecology is based on these soil-based microorganisms. These soil-based microorganisms, through their interrelationships balance bodies of water or soil to create the proper pH balance and many other factors. The result is superbly fertile soils, crystal clear and clean bodies of water with abundance of life.

For digestion and indigestion:
When one's digestion is improper and/or imbalanced, generally the whole body goes acidic. This acidic condition then promotes an ideal environment for pathogenic disease forming conditions. So, consuming Inner Garden™ allows one to digest food better and lessen acidic conditions, thus creating an environment not so conducive for things like Candida to survive.
Food Poisoning:
IG has also proven helpful in cases of food poisoning. To handle FOOD POISONING: consume 8 oz in two parts. The first 4-oz MAY induce vomiting to purge the toxic materials out of the body fast. Then immediately consume the second 4-oz. This second dose pushes the remaining toxins through the body. My experience is that the food poisoning is usually totally over in 30 - 45 minutes instead of days of agony.
Handling Bleeding Gums and Tightening Teeth:
Bacteria builds up in the pockets between the gum and tooth. This is where lots of acids and calculus (calcium build up) form, which irritates the gum and thus starts to receding process of the gums and bone.
By brushing your teeth and rinsing your teeth with IG, you will correct the bad acidic environment and change it to an environment which promotes healthy gums and teeth.
Many people have claimed that brushing with IG has saved their loose teeth and prevented gum surgery. One should definitely go to your dentist to get your teeth scaled and cleaned, so calculus is not present to irritate the gums.
--For eye infections, dilute the solution 1/2 to 1/3 dilution with clean water and rinse eye thoroughly several times a day.
--For extending raw milk & cream (this does NOT apply to homogenized milk): Mix in 1 - 2 teaspoons of IG per gal. of milk & 1 teaspoon per qt. of cream (more than this and it will begin to turn into yogurt).

When spraying on living plants and soil containing living plants, a 1:500 (1 part- Inner Garden™: 500 parts water or 1 table spoon per gallon). DO NOT EVER spray stronger than this dilution on living plants or you'll end up composting them!
