The first step is a light, general educational session on the phone about on my growing technology.

Second, I will have you complete a questionaire, so I can find out exactly what you have, such as size of land, type of terrain, types of soil, types of water, etc. What kind of farming has been done on the land? What types of chemicals have been used (if you know)? What exactly do you need and want?

Third, I will then have you send soil and water samples to a specific lab that I use for analysis. (Cost varies depending on the number of samples needed.)

I operate on the motto "know before you go." I spend time on good research and avoid costly mistakes. My intention is to do it right the first time!

Last, I will go into an in-depth training on the technology that applies to your conditions and the desired results.

*If needed, I can travel to your location. Often times it is necessary for me to see your land, plants, soil conditions, especially for commercial farming enterprises.

During the in-depth training, here is what you can expect:

1. Training on my Go Beyond Organic™ technology, so you know exactly why and what to do to ensure an abundant and healthy crop.
2. Actual plans drawn out for the water-conditioning tech and feeding system.
3. Costs depending on size of water pipes, volume of water used (gallons per minute), other materials, best location, back-up system.
4. The ingredients needed to grow bug free and disease free crops. (Organic growers who know their business seldom ever need to use any kind of fungicide, soap or other types of "killing" agents, including buying bugs to kill other bugs.) Truly healthy plants and animals have excellent immunity and that immunity is what keeps them from getting diseases. If there is an existing infestation I will use special types of water and/or some non-toxic organic material to handle the infestation problem fast. (This is usually only applied for the first couple of years while the plants are recovering).
5. As the crop matures, I will try to show you ways to sell retail, or wholesale directly to the manufacturer, or directly to specific types of markets. This should get you a minimum of 20% more money if you skip the normal channels of wholesale, and instead get creative. (Growing is the easy part. The tough part is selling your crop for what it is really worth!)

   Example: One farmer grows organic olives and has stopped selling them wholesale. We are in the process of helping him rent time in a small oil-pressing factory, which makes top-grade organic olive oil. Then he can sell the oil by the bottle in fancy tourist shops and food stores. This farmer is going to get paid a whole lot more than the current wholesale market (which is low due to the imported cheap oils). What's the difference in profit? $300 and $500 per ton of olives sold wholesale, or $80.00 per gallon of oil sold retail! The profit is at least three to five times greater.

If you wish to finance my consulting fee, we might consider a special type of partnership, where both parties will determine what is the make-break point of the operation, how much is desired to be profitable, and above that level we will negotiate a certain percentage of profit. (This depends on the crop and many other factors.)

I am committed to making sure that anyone I consult grows an unbelievable bumper crop year after year, AND that they get the best prices possible. The organic industry is relativity new in this country, and at this time the demand surpasses the supply. Therefore, the opportunity to sell at a reasonably good price is only limited by one's willingness to be creative.
